A harbour home as quiet as paper — pale rendered volumes with razor-thin shadow lines, designed to sit softly against the sandstone cliff rather than compete with the view.
The house is composed of three stacked white volumes, each slightly rotated to frame a different harbour vista. Walls are thick (450mm rendered masonry) so windows read as deep apertures rather than glass curtains. Inside, surfaces are uniformly pale — lime plaster, white oak, honed limestone — so the rooms fill with reflected harbour light.
